The West Indies are all set to begin their redemption era, and the current players will be aiming to assert the dominance that they had in the good old days. A side which once used to dominate almost all of the teams which existed failed to qualify for the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2024 in India. Given that they are the co-hosts this year, the Caribbean side has received a direct entry to this year's tournament, they will aim to re-assert their dominance in the realm of cricket. All eyes will be locked in on the Windies, who have had a strong grasp on the game after they have been successful in their past few matches and series. Before the T20 World Cup officially commence, let's take a look at the team's group stage schedule in the ICC tournament.

West Indies, the co-hosts, are paired with Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, Uganda, and New Zealand. Before going on to the Super 8s, which will take place in the Caribbean Islands and the United States, the Team's games will all be played in the West Indies. The Super 8s stage will begin on June 19 and end with the semifinals on June 26 and 27. The final will take place on June 29 at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Group B: England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland and Oman
Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, Uganda
Group D: South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Netherlands, Nepal
The Caribbean boys will open their campaign against Papua New Guinea at the Providence Stadium in Gyuna, with their next match being against Uganda in the same venue. Their next two group-stage matches will take place at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad & Tobago and the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in St. Lucia. They will face New Zealand and Afghanistan, respectively. The top two teams from each group proceed to the Super 8, where they will face the best from the other groups.
