Australia once again showed why they are the best when it comes to winning an ICC ODI World Cup title. The Australian team crushed India by six wickets in the final of the 2023 ODI World Cup and won their sixth title of the tournament. The Indian once again choked at the big stage and lost yet another ICC final.

Netizens congratulate Australia over sixth ODI World Cup title
After Australia was able to win their sixth ODI World Cup title, the Australian team was congratulated by the netizens on social media and came up with different reactions. Some of the reactions are mentioned below:
Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to field first. It proved to be a right decision as led by a fierce Mitchell Starc the Aussies inflicted a major damage on the Indian batting lineup. The left arm pacer took three wickets and the home side failed to recover from that. India did manage to get some momentum as they managed to grab three quickfire wickets at the start of the second innings. But it was Head and Marnus Labuschagne who steadied the ship and the Aussies didn't have face anu further problem in the remaining period of the match.
Australia last won the title at home in 2015. Their seventh title widens the gap with the rest of the title-winning countries, including India, who have two, along with the West Indies. Pakistan, Sri Lanka and England have each won the title once.
