Virat Kohli has put end to all the rumors as he was seen at the Mumbai Airport ahead of joining Team India in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024.

One of the biggest concerns of the Indian Cricket Teams has finally come to an end. The suspense around the availability of the veteran Virat Kohli has officially ended as the star Team India batter was seen at the Mumbai Airport as he travelled to New York for the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. Since all of Team India's matches will take place in the US, the entire team is staying in New York and training. Kohli is the sole man left to join the team at the moment, and it looks like he has officially jetted off to join the Indian Cricket Team.

Virat Kohli spotted at Airport ahead of T20 World Cup, star-batter seemingly traveling to US and join camp

With the ICC Men's T20 World Cup fast approaching, Virat Kohli's whereabouts have finally been found. The star India batter has been announced in the preliminary squad for the coveted ICC T20 tournament, and it looks like he is now jetting off for New York to join the team. Kohli was recently spotted at the Mumbai Airport, and in a video circulating wildly on X (Formerly Twitter), Kohli could be seen signing autographs for a young fan before entering the airport.

Virat Kohli has been a juggernaut during the IPL 2024 season. The star batsman scored 741 runs for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in 15 IPL 2024 games. RCB even advanced to the playoff phase of the lucrative tournament but was eventually eradicated by the Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the IPL Eliminator. Kohli won the Orange Cap for the second time in his stellar IPL career this season.

King Kohli is among the final few players to join the Team India camp separately. The other players are Hardik Pandya, who joined the side from London. another star is the Traveling reserve, Rinku Singh, who joined the side after the completion of the IPL 2024 Final, in which the Kolkata Knight Riders won against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Virat is the last man to join the side and may not play the warm-up match against Bangladesh. The right-hand batter may be seen in action when India opens their T20 WC campaign against Ireland.
