In an upcoming interview with journalist Piers Morgan on the ‘Good Morning Britain’ show, ace footballer Cristiano Ronaldo’s emotional side has come to the fore. The promos released by the ITV channel show him breaking down, talking about the loss of his father when the anchor showed him never-seen-before footage of Ronaldo's late father praising him. When asked about his moment of sadness, the Portuguese star responded by saying that he would regret his father not being alive to watch him become the no.1 footballer in the world. Ronaldo expressed anguish to the fact that his father would never know the number of awards he had received.

Ronaldo reflects on the rape allegation
He has alleged that the rape allegations were an attack on his dignity. Ronaldo lambasted attempts to take advantage of his honesty. Furthermore, he spoke about the impact of the news stories regarding the allegation on his girlfriend and children. He revealed that he was embarrassed at the thought of his son watching this ‘bad news’ on television. The ace footballer also spoke about the relationship with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez. He admitted that it was ‘love at first sight’ for both. The full interview will be aired on ITV at 9 pm United Kingdom time on Tuesday.

Morgan reminded the audience of his conversation with Ronaldo, and described it as an 'extraordinary interview'. He contended that it was inspiring, informative and funny at the same time. The senior journalist also mentioned that they had covered a whole range of issues. He revealed that people would get to witness a different aspect of Ronaldo's personality.
