Manchester City will go head to head against Atalanta for the first time in European competition on Tuesday night, as the Atlanta side will be visiting the Premier League champions for a group stage clash of the UEFA Champions League. Manchester City are placed on top of the Group C table with six points. They have registered two wins in two matches they played. On the other hand, Atalanta are placed at bottom of the table. They have recorded losses against Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhtar Donetsk.

There will be a number of changes in the Manchester City side from the Premier League clash on Saturday. Otamendi, Stones and Sergio Aguero will probably be in the starting 11. Fernandinho and David Silva could be rested for the upcoming clash. Aymeric Laporte and Leroy Sane will remain to be out of action with knee injuries. Meanwhile, for Atalanta, Duvan Zapata who has been in good form this season picked up a thigh injury during the international break. Luis Muriel is probably going to replace Zapata at the tip of the attack after scoring twice in Atalanta’s 3-3 draw with Lazio in Serie A on Saturday.
