Sachin Khilari Secures Silver Medal Finish at Men’s Shot Put Final at 2024 Paris Paralympics
With a 16.32m attempt, India's Sachin Khilari secured the second position in the table and assured a medal finish for India. He received the silver medal.

With an Asian record distance of 16.32 meters in the men's shot put F46 event, India's Sachin Sarjerao Khilari added a Paralympic silver medal to his world title on Wednesday at the ongoing Paralympic Games in pairs, France. In his second attempt to surpass his own 16.30-metre Asian record, which he set while winning gold in the World Para-Athletics Championships in Japan, the 34-year-old Khilari produced his finest throw of the day.
With a 16.38-meter throw, Canadian Greg Stewart maintained his gold medal at the Tokyo Paralympics. With a height of 16.27 meters, Croatian Luka Bakovic won bronze.
