A major scandal kicked off the Paris Olympics as the first group stage game in men's football between Argentina and Morocco was suspended due to Moroccan fans Hooligan act. Angry Moroccan fans stormed the pitch and threw fire crackers at Argentina players.
Moroccan players' violent act and Argentina's controversial denial of a draw had Lionel Messi absolutely furious as he shared an unbelievable post to hit out against Paris Olympics.
Argentina's Senior Men's team captain, World Cup winner and Olympic Gold medalist in 2008 hit out at the scandal at Paris Olympics after the events that transpired in Argentina vs Morocco.
Due to Morocco fans' violent actions against Argentinian players, the game was suspended. Two hours after the game was suspended, the players and officials returned to the pitch to play 3 minutes of extra time where Argentina's goal that led to the chaos was eventually ruled out after VAR ruled it offside and as a result Argentina lost 2-1.
This angered Lionel Messi and he took to his Instagram story and simply wrote 'Insolito' which is Argentine for ‘Unbelievable'.
Argentina's head coach and two time Olympic Gold Medalist Javier Mascherano came out after the game and called it the biggest circus he had ever seen.
Argentinian players in Nicolo Tagliafico were also fuming as he also called out Paris Olympics for organisation calling it a circus.

Javier Mascherano further raised security concerns saying Argentinian players were robbed a day prior to the event.
