Ravindra Jadeja's performance in T20 World Cup 2024

Perhaps the writing was on the wall for Ravindra Jadeja, as his performances in the format certainly took a massive dip in this World Cup.

Jadeja in total 8 matches played for India in this world cup only scored 35 runs and took 1 wicket in the entire tournament.

With the new generation of players breaking through in the Indian side it was always going to be difficult for Ravindra Jadeja to get back into Team India squad. Hence what better way to bow out from the format by winning the World Cup for India.
