Serial tipster Evan Blass has managed to get his hands on a partial live render of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S10, giving us a first-look of the pearl white variant of the phone in question. Although Blass does not say which model of the Galaxy S10 we’re dealing with here, it is either the vanilla Galaxy S10 or the Galaxy S10+. The phone in the photo has three rear cameras, something that is expected in only the two high-end Galaxy S10 phones. The Galaxy S10E is said to have a dual rear camera setup.

Going by the tipster’s track record, this could well be the real deal. We’re looking at a Samsung Galaxy S10 with a gradient design, which also falls perfectly in line with a previous leaked render of the same phone. The phone is mostly white but also comes with subtle hues of pink, hence the pearl white moniker. Imagine the alpine white Galaxy Note 9 with a light bending paintjob.

If true, this will be the first time that Samsung will experiment with such a design – a design that has been made popular by brands like Huawei with phones like the Mate 20 Pro.

The highest-end variant of the Galaxy S10+ will reportedly be made of ceramic which is said to be scratch resistant and also resistant to falling. This variant is also said to pack 12GB RAM and 1TB storage (which could be a possibility now that Samsung’s one-terabyte (TB) embedded Universal Flash Storage (eUFS) 2.1 for smartphones has entered mass production).

Coming back to the render, the leak also corroborates ongoing rumours that the Samsung Galaxy S10 will come with three rear cameras. An absence of a fingerprint scanner on the back also seemingly confirms that the phone will drop a conventional fingerprint scanner and instead offer an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy S10E is meanwhile said to pack a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The setup in all the three cases will bring a seamless near all-screen experience, in part also due to Samsung’s punch-hole Infinity-O display.

Samsung will launch its 10th anniversary flagship Galaxy S10 phones on February 20 ahead of MWC 2019. If the dateline on a leaked render of the Galaxy S10+ doing the rounds of the Internet is anything to go by, Samsung will start selling/shipping its Galaxy S10 phones beginning March 8.
