  • Swiggy users seem more cautious ever since the Zomato food tampering issue came to a limelight
  • Many users have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration over such incidents

Looks like the food delivery aggregators are having a tough time to keep their services up to the customer's palates. Within hours of Zomato responding to a video about a delivery person eating food out of boxed orders meant for delivery, we have come across multiple complaints about wrong and incomplete food orders being delivered by Swiggy. Many users have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration over such incidents.

Swiggy Support apologised and assured that they will strive towards preventing such incidents from taking place in the future.
