1. Vodafone announces new Rs 169 plan for prepaid users

Vodafone launched a new prepaid plan for Rs 169. The benefits include free voice calling and 1GB 3G/4G daily data. It is valid for 28 days. It includes unlimited (250 minutes per day) local and STD calls. Post 1GB data consumption per day, you will be charged 50 paise per MB. You also benefit from 100 free SMS per day. (Read more)

Zomato fired their delivery boy after a video of him eating food out of boxed order goes viral on social media. Earlier this week, Zomato delivery person was caught on camera eating food out of boxed orders meant for delivery. Soon after the video gone viral, Zomato issued a detailed statement explaining the company's stand against food tampering issue. (Read more)

3. Microsoft launches its 2-in-1 Surface Go device in India

Microsoft launched its entry-level Surface Go 2-in-1 India priced at Rs 38,599. It goes for pre-order on Flipkart starting today. Microsoft launched only the Wi-Fi in India. However, there is no information on the availability of the LTE variant. (Read more)

4. YouTube Rewind 2018 happens to be the most disliked video ever

YouTube’s Rewind 2018 video happens to be the most disliked video ever uploaded on Google’s video sharing platform. It has garnered over 126 million hits. While over 2 million users have liked the video, over 11 million users have disliked the video. If we compare reactions on prior videos in the Rewind series, something seems to have gone wrong only with this year’s Rewind video. (Read more)
