Realme 5 getting new ColorOS 6.0.1 firmware update in India

There is a new update to the August 2019 released Realme 5 smartphones in India. This new update has started from 29 September and includes enhancements to the brightness of the flashlight camera and much more. This new update is also bulky – at 2.53GB, and bears version number RMX1911EX_11_A.14. This update is based on the ColorOS 6.0.1.  

How to install new Realme 5 update? 

There are two mechanisms to install the new update. One is waiting for newer over-the-air (OTA) notifications. These would automatically reflect within your smartphones.
