Samsung Galaxy S10 Seemingly Incoming on February 20: Galaxy J8 Gets Substantial Price Cut

It seems like the spate of price cuts concerning Samsung are at an all-time high now, as the 2018 mid-range Galaxy J8 has now received a substantial price cut of Rs 1100 online. This variant is the 64GB Gold Samsung Galaxy J8 edition.

E-tailer Flipkart has reduced the price of the Samsung Galaxy J8 Gold edition with 64GB internal storage. USP of this smartphone is its 3500 mAh battery which reportedly gives, those preferring a smartphone for minor office work and intensive general everyday usage, lots to cheer about.

As far as the latest price reduction is concerned, the Galaxy J8 is available for Rs 15990. Prior to the slashing of price, the handset had a Rs 17K price tag. At this juncture, the latest price reduction seemingly represents a non-festive reduction in prices which are a norm on Flipkart.

For the uninitiated, the Galaxy J8 being a mid-range smartphone comes with key technical specifications such as:

In other Samsung-related updates, the purported Galaxy S10 next-gen smartphone could indeed be in the showcase scheme of things for Samsung during its February 20 Unpacked event, as a high-end smartphone bearing model number SM-G975F that is hugely rumoured to be the Galaxy S10 Plus (bearing 5GB RAM) has been benchmarked on Geekbench.
