It is now easier on the pocket, to own the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus flagship smartphone, as the official Samsung eStore is now selling the current-gen high-end phone at Rs 57900. This represents a second price -cut for the handset, as not too long ago etailer Flipkart had reduced its price to Rs 61900 through its own initiative. Now, with the official Samsung eStore reducing the price, this development is seemingly positive as buying a high-end smartphone through official eStores of brands has comparatively lesser associated risks.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus variant having received the price cut, on Samsung’s eStore, bears model number SM-G965FGBD; and offers 64GB internal storage. The colour variant, corresponding to the latest price reduction, is Polaris Blue. The other color variants were seemingly not reflective of the slashing of the price of the Galaxy S9 Plus, at the time of writing. The price at launch of the Galaxy S9 plus, on the eStore, was Rs 64900.

With Samsung now having officially resorted to reducing the pricing of the Galaxy S9 plus, increased substance gets potentially added to the fact that the purported next-gen Galaxy S10 could indeed make its debut on February 20 that represents an Unpacked event that Samsung will hold in San Francisco in the US.

The Galaxy S10 has been a real hit even before its official launch, albeit on rumour mills that are now working overtime to report multiple key technical specifications of the smartphone. At this point in time, the Galaxy S10 Plus has hence become the cynosure of all eyes even before it goes visible to the general public. At these times of increased anticipation, keep your eyes and ears open.
