In what could be an exciting news for OnePlus and F1 fans across the world, Chinese smartphone maker has announced OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition. The key highlight, it packs in 10GB of RAM. Last month, OnePlus announced its partnership with British formula one team McLaren.

Last week, Amazon India jumped the gun and revealed that OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is all set to arrive in the Indian market. Apart from 10GB RAM, it now also supports 30W Warp Charging. OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition India launch event is scheduled for tomorrow, December 12, in Mumbai.

Design-wise, the handset flaunts carbon pattern below the rear glass, in addition to McLaren logo with its signature Papaya Orange colour. As part of the global launch, OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is priced at 649 pounds, which roughly translates to Rs 59,160. It’s certainly expensive than a standard 8GB RAM / 256GB storage variant being sold in the European market.

In terms of specs, OnePlus 6T McLaren edition sports a 6.41-inch 1080p screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It runs OxygenOS based Android 9 Pie operating system. Powering the handset is Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with Adreno 630 GPU for graphics. It weighs in at 185g and measures 8.2mm in thickness. It packs a 3,700mAh battery under the hood.

As far as camera specs of OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition are concerned, it houses 16MP + 20MP dual rear cameras. It can 4K videos at 60 frames per second (fps), in addition to slow-motion videos. Up front is a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
