Viral News: In the age of online deliveries, an order being misplaced or mixed up is not new, however an X user's experience on his order getting mixed up has taken the internet by storm.

An unsatisfied customer took to the internet to share about a mix-up in his online order.

The X user shared that he placed an order for men's underwear on Blinkit, but he received women's bikini briefs instead.

Despite reporting the issue, he claimed that Blinkit's help center refused to provide a solution. His post read: "Hello @letsblinkit wtf is this? I ordered Jockey male underwear, and you sent me this. How do I return this? I reported it to your help center, but still no return or refund has been done."

This post garnered over 3.2 million views. However, hours later, another post by the man left netizens both amused and stunned. He shared a picture of himself trying on the women's briefs he received and wrote, “Update: Blinkit refused to refund my money, so I compromised."

The hilarious post sparked a variety of reactions:

"This has to be the funniest post on here today," one user commented. Another read, "I think the guy who packed it thought you were female (since your name is confusing) and packed women's underwear deliberately."

Meanwhile, some users pointed out that Blinkit does not have a return policy for certain items, with one user writing, "They don't have a system for refunds or returns."

Another person wrote, "Bhai, dekh—undergarments aren't eligible for return. You can gift it to someone, or the best option would be to find a girl it fits and marry her. At least the money won't go to waste."

Blinkit is yet to reply to the viral post, but most retailers have a “no return” policy for underwear.

BlinkIt's website explicitly states: "Products once delivered are non-returnable/non-replaceable/non-exchangeable."
