Viral Video: Two Dasara Elephants Clash at Mysuru Palace, Causing Panic

Viral Video: An intense fight erupted between two elephants at Mysuru Palace on September 20 and sent bystanders into a frenzy. 

The incident, captured on video, is now going viral as it is being shared widely on social media. The viral video of the elephant fight involved 43-year-old Dhananjaya and 25-year-old Kanjan.

The clash began during feeding time after the daily practice for Dasar festival when Dhananjaya, ridden by his mahout, aggressively approached Kanjan. Kanjan, startled, broke free and ran, leading to a chase that caused Dhananjaya to break all the barricades and gates on his way. 

The older elephant eventually stopped just outside the palace grounds.

As Kanjan continued to run and reached busy roads, panic ensued among commuters. However, Dhananjaya's Mahout managed to regain control over the other elephant, preventing further incidents. 

Both elephants were safely returned to the palace, where they continue their training for the upcoming Dasara festival.
