New Delhi: Kamala Harris celebrated her 60th birthday on Sunday, just weeks before the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
Wishes poured in from notable figures such as President Joe Biden , former President Barack Obama, her husband Doug Emhoff, and vice-presidential pick Tim Walz.
Emhoff shared a heartfelt message on X, saying, "Happy birthday, Kamala. Life only gets better and better with you. Her birthday wish is the same as four years ago: Vote early!"
Tim Walz tweeted, "Happy birthday, @KamalaHarris! Thank you for bringing compassion, decency, and joy to our politics. I’m honored to be in this fight with you, and proud to call you my friend."
Barack Obama also took to X, urging voters to prepare for the polls: "Happy birthday to my friend @KamalaHarris! She has spent her life fighting for those who need a voice now- it’s our turn to help elect her as president. Make sure you're ready to vote at IWillVote.com."

Former US President Donald Trump who was seen frying French fries in Pennsylvania, offered lighthearted birthday greetings: "I would say happy birthday, Kamala... maybe I'll get her some flowers, maybe some fries."
Harris and Trump, the leading candidates, continue to campaign aggressively as they rally support in key states ahead of the November election.
