James Anderson, a plumber, has been providing free services for the elderly and disabled in Burnley, Lancashire. This is James Anderson's way to contribute to the cause that people don't suffer due to their heating and plumbing needs. The 52-year-old plumber has gained popularity for his kind gesture of helping thousands of senior citizens and differently-abled when a receipt was posted on social media. James issued a bill of  £0 to a 91- year old woman with acute leukaemia. The receipt read that there will "no charges for the lady under any circumstances". A Facebook user posted the picture of the  £0 bill saying if anybody needed a plumber in Burnley area, they should call on James Anderson. A Twitter user said that the invoice gave him a little hope for humanity.

Who is James Anderson?

James is the owner of the company called Disabled and Elderly Plumbing and Heating Emergency Response, called Depher C.I.C. This company came to public attention soon after his receipt made it to the world of social media. Anderson is also a father to five children and a grandfather to three. He has made his family proud and restored faith in humanity for the world.

Netizens applaud

More than 600 thousand people shared the bill receipt on Facebook, and more than 90 thousand people on Twitter. One of the internet users called it a "lovely act of warmth and kindness". A local insurance company also announced that they would like to provide the next year of public liability insurance for free and urged people who know James Anderson to link his Twitter account or any other contact details.

Most people also said that the "world needs" more such acts of generosity and kindness like this man. James Anderson has been doing the same since 2017, and when this specific act went viral, he reportedly said that he was shocked to see it all over the place.
