Matthew Lepre started his first online business three years ago and now claims to have four successful online businesses. He travels around the world delivering seminars focussed on business and marketing. In March 2019, Matthew uploaded a video on YouTube captioned “The World’s Coolest Job” where he described the role and said that the person will get a competitive salary, health benefits, and all travel and accommodation expenses will be paid by the team.

“I am looking for a personal assistant to work closely with my team and I as we inspire and coach people around the world to live life on their terms. You will travel the globe, work closely with me and have the opportunity to see incredible things all around the world,” said Matthew in the video.

“Bro all i can say is that i love jokes, eating, and travel. Bro. I'm the one,” commented a user.

Matthew was looking for someone with excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, strong social media knowledge, impeccable organisation, attention to detail, proactive in their work, punctual, and able to put together travel itineraries.

'Perfect fit for the job'

Matthew received more than 60,000 applicants but it was Tyanna De Assis who bagged the ‘dream job’. Speaking to an Australian news website, Tyanna said that she was still in shock and wondered how they came past her CV. Tyanna reasoned that she was already doing PA roles and social media content strategies so she found the job perfect fit for her. She is six weeks into her new role and hadn’t travelled yet with the team.
