A massive heatwave has engulfed London in July and people are having a hard time figuring out a solution. Weather reports had confirmed on Thursday that this was the hottest July day on record, with a temperature of 38.1C, surpassing the previous high of 36.7C set at Heathrow Airport in 2015.
