The tweet came in the middle of a partial government shutdown that was instigated by Trump's demand of $5 billion as fundings to erect a Mexico-USA border wall.

He alleged that the wall was built by the Obamas for their "safety and security" and asserted that United States needs something similar, except only bigger. This claim came crashing down as neighbours of the Obamas told the Washington Post that no wall as such exists and that the mansion is visible clearly from the street.

Over the past few weeks, the President of United States has been adamant on building the wall for security purposes and shared series of tweets emphasising on its need.
