Apple iPhone 15 Pro launched: Apple has unveiled the iPhone 15 Pro, which comes in four colours: Black, White, Blue, and Gray. This model introduces a new titanium chassis, making it the lightest Pro model with thinner borders, and it is designed to be more repairable.

The iPhone 15 Pro starts at $999, while the larger iPhone 15 Pro Max begins at $1199.

The iPhone 15 Pro is powered by Apple's new A17 Pro chip, a 3 nanometer chip with 19 billion transistors. It includes a new neural engine capable of handling up to 35 million transactions per second and supports USB-C with USB 3 for up to 10 Gbps wired transfers. The GPU on the iPhone 15 Pro offers up to 20% faster performance with ray tracing.

It features a new 'Action button' that can be customised for various functions, by default functioning as a ring/silent switch. 

iPhone 15 Pro to come with a 48-megapixel camera

The camera system on the iPhone 15 Pro includes an improved 48-megapixel primary camera with reduced lens flare and better low-light performance.

The Pro Max model also includes a 5x periscopic telephoto lens, while the standard Pro model features a 3x telephoto lens. The device can record 4K60 video in ProRes and shoot directly to external storage via USB-C, as well as directly to Capture One via a USB-C cable. It can capture spatial video for rewatching on Apple Vision Pro.
