The California-headquartered tech major Oracle, which initiated slashing over 30,000 jobs on March 31, has started recording the dismissals in public filings.
Amid its focus on AI expansion, Oracle plans to cut thousands of jobs cuts, part of its large-scale cost-cutting move.
Earlier, Oracle employees, who worked in countries like India, Canada, and Mexico, received their termination email without any prior notice at 6 AM on Friday, April 10.
The Oracle termination email read, "We are sharing some difficult news regarding your position. After careful consideration of Oracle’s current business needs, we have made the decision to eliminate your role as part of a broader organisational change. As a result, today is your last working day."

The Oracle layoffs, announced in late March, is set to impact 700 employees as per a The New York Post report citing state records.
As part of Oracle's global layoffs, the California-based Oracle workers are expected to lose their jobs by June 1.
The report further detailed out which employees have been affected due to Oracle layoffs in California.
The Larry Ellison led company, will cut 310 workers in Redwood City, 184 in Santa Clara, 158 in Pleasanton and 50 in Santa Monica.
Separately, 491 workers at Oracle's Seattle offices will be let go as part of the broader job cuts across the company.
Earlier, CNBC reported that Oracle had announced 30,000 job cuts across the company, tallying nearly 18% of Oracle's global workforce of approximately 1,62,000 people.
Notably, India was the worst impacted hardest, with nearly 12,000 employees losing their jobs.
