More than 3,000 residential units have been officially registered in Greater Noida in the last three months, according to a statement from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The authority anticipates that the total number of registrations will surge to 6,000 by the time of the Diwali festival.

The statement from GNIDA revealed that since July 26, a total of 3,016 property buyers have completed the registration process, resulting in an income of Rs 86.81 crore for the registration department.

Furthermore, GNIDA highlighted its plan to register an additional 6,000 residential units and delivering them to their respective owners by the upcoming Diwali celebration in November. GNIDA's Chief Executive Authority, NG Ravi Kumar, highlighted the organisation of a special registration camp during the auspicious Navratri period, making it convenient for flat buyers to complete their registrations.

The authority has established a dedicated registration camp within its premises, and this initiative has proven highly popular, with more than 150 flats being registered in a single day, as revealed by Kumar. GNIDA plans to continue organising such camps to facilitate the homebuyers' registration process.
