Jet fuel prices fall 4.6%, Commercial LPG rate hikes by Rs 21

The price of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) experienced a 4.6 per cent reduction, marking the second cut within a month. Concurrently, the rate for commercial cooking gas (LPG) witnessed an increase of Rs 21 per 19-kg cylinder in alignment with international benchmarks.

The revised ATF price now stands at Rs 1,06,155.67 per kilolitre in the national capital, down from Rs 1,11,344.92 per kilolitre, according to the latest notification from state-owned fuel retailers.

Meanwhile, the commercial LPG rate, used by establishments such as hotels and restaurants, has been raised to Rs 1,796.50 per 19-kg cylinder, up from Rs 1,775.50.

It's noteworthy that the price of domestic LPG, commonly used in household kitchens for cooking purposes, remains unchanged at Rs 903 per 14.2-kg cylinder.
