• Safidon: BJP’s Ram Kumar Gautam won this seat by defeating Congress 's Subhash Gangoli by a margin of 4,037 votes. 
• Sonipat: BJP's Nikhil Madaan is leading.
• Gohana: BJP’s Arvind Kumar Sharma maintains lead.
• Baroda: Congress's Induraj Singh Narwal is ahead in race.

• Baroda: Congress's Induraj Singh Narwal is leading by 4,860 votes, leaving behind Congress .
• Sonipat: Latest trends show BJP 's Nikhil Madaan ahead by 24,982 votes. Congress is trailing.
• Gohana: Latest trends show BJP ’s Arvind Kumar Sharma ahead by 13,705 votes.

• Baroda: Congress 's Induraj Singh Narwal is leading with 10,998 votes while Independent candidate Kapoor Singh Narwal is trailing with 8,254 votes in round 3.
• Gohana: BJP 's Arvind Kumar Sharma is leading with a margin of 2,490 votes while Congress 's Jagbir Singh Malik is trailing in 3rd round.
• Sonipat: BJP 's Nikhil Madaan is leading with 16242 votes while Congress 's Surender Panwar is trailing at 11am.

Sonipat Constituency and Its Key Candidates: Sonipat is a Jat heartland and one of the 90 Assembly constituencies in Haryana . In 2024 assembly elections, the BJP fielded Nikhil Madaan while Surender Panwar was Congress 's pick. Meanwhile, AAP fielded Devinder Gautam whereas Sardharam Singh is fighting the election as an independent candidate. 

Gohana Constituency and Its Key Candidates: Gohana is one of the 90 Assembly constituencies in Haryana . With 19% SC voters, the seat is witnessing a high-stake between between the Congress and the BJP . Congress 's Jagbir Singh Malik, a four-time MLA, is competing against BJP 's Arvind Kumar Sharma (61), a dental surgeon and a four-term MP from an assortment of parties.

Haryana Election Result Today

The Congress is hoping to return to power in the state after a gap of 10 years. A total of 1,031 candidates are contesting the election, including 101 women and 464 Independent nominees. Besides the BJP and the Congress , the key contesting parties are the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the INLD-BSP and JJP-Azad Samaj Party alliances. In the last Assembly polls in 2019, the BJP had won 40 seats, the Congress 31 and the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) 10.

Counting of Votes Today

Polling were held on October 5, across 20,629 polling booths in the state. The election results will be announced on October 8, with the vote counting taking place alongside that of Jammu and Kashmir.

There are a total of 90 seats in the state for which polling took place in a highly-anticipated contest between the BJP , Congress , JJP and other political parties, with 1,031 candidates contested the elections, including 101 women.
