Commando trailer: Adah Sharma, debutant Prem Parrijja show off their action skills

Commando, starring Prem Parrijja and Adah Sharma, will make its OTT debut on Disney+ on August 11. Ahead of its release, the makers released the trailer of the show on Tuesday. It featured the lead actors on a rescue mission to save an Indian spy from Pakistan.

Adah Sharma, Prem Parrijja are on a quest in Commando 

The trailer of Commando begins with Pakistan attempting to use a deadly bio weapon against India, but Vaibhav Tatwawadi as Kshitij foils their plans. Kshitij is successful in getting the lab closed down, but he is captured and imprisoned in Pakistan's most guarded jail, Sahiwal.

Prem plays Commando Virat, while Adah Sharma plays Bhavana Reddy. Together, they undertake the risky task of protecting Kshitij from hostile territory. The two actors engage in a variety of daring feats and heart-pounding action in the 1-minute, 46-second clip.

Prem Parrijja on his first big break 

Talking about his acting debut in Commando, Prem said, "In the journey of bringing life to the character of Commando Virat, I had the extraordinary opportunity to work under the guidance of the esteemed director Vipul sir for my debut project. It's like a dream turned into reality for me. Since I was just 11 years old, I harbored the passion to become an actor, and Commando has been a monumental milestone in every sense."

What do we know about Commando?

Commando is directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and it is touted to be a tale of valour and patriotism. It will feature high-octane action scenes. The show also stars Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Shreya Singh Chaudhry, Amit Sial, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Mukesh Chhabra and Ishteyak Khan in major roles. Commando is produced by Shah and Sunshine Pictures Pvt Ltd.
