Jolly LLB 3: Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi to begin shooting, Saurabh Shukla to reprise his role?

After almost a year and half of the speculation, it is said that the two Jolly LLB stars Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi are all set to begin the shoot for Jolly LLB 3. Reportedly, the film directed by Shubhash Kapoor will go on floors in May.

Shoot for Jolly LLB to begin on this date?

According to sources close to the development, the entire cast of the film is excited to start shooting for the film. The source told Pinkvilla, “It’s basically Jolly vs Jolly and the entire cast is excited to start shooting for this ambitious film for the Jolly LLB franchise."

The source also shared details about what the film's title is going to be. The source said that the team is contemplating between two titles. "The team is still contemplating on two titles – Jolly LLB 3 or Jolly vs Jolly – and a call on the same will be taken closer to the announcement. The film is expected to kick off around May 2024 with a marathon schedule," said the source.

What more do we know about Jolly LLB 3?

Just like the two films Jolly LLB (2013) and Jolly LLB (2017), the third part of the film will also be a comedy against the backdrop of the Indian Judiciary.

The source said, "This time, the face-off is between two Jolly’s played by Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. Subhash has cracked a script that utilises the comic timing and camaraderie shared by two and is set to take the audience on a ride in cinema halls in 2025."

Will Saurabh Shukla return as judge in Jolly LLB 3?

According to the source, the makers of the film have already planned to shoot a part of the film in Jaipur and is at present on the verge of locking the locations of the shoot. Talking about the cast of the film, the source added that Saurah Shukla, who played the iconic judge in both the Jolly LLB films, will rejoin the cast for part 3 of the film. Meanwhile Akshay and Arshad will reprise their original roles of Advocate Jagishwar Mishra and Jagadish Tyagi, respectively.
