Varun Dhawan says 'power moves silently' as he praises Sunny Deol, later deletes post

Varun Dhawan, who started the filming of his next film VD18 with Atlee, took some time out from his busy schedule to praise Sunny Deol's Gadar 2. The actor shared a picture of the veteran star with a cryptic caption. However, later it was observed that the actor deleted the post.

Why did Varun Dawan delete the post?

On Monday, Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture of Sunny Deol on his Stories. In the image, Sunny could be seen walking out of a gate with his finger on his lips. The Bawaal actor captioned the photo as "Power moves silently.” However, after a while, the actor removed the post for reasons best known to him and interestingly shared another post lauding the actor.

In the new post, Varun is standing next to a cutout of Sunny Deol from Gadar 2. He skipped the caption and let the image do all the talking.

Gadar 2 success bash

On Sunday, Sunny Deol took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture seemingly from Gadar 2's success bash. In the image, he is happily posing for the camera leaning on an LED alphabet light forming the words "Gadar 2". Before it, we can see several bouquets on the table. 

In the caption, he dropped several heart emoticons. Soon after he shared the post, it was flooded by his industry friends. Boney Kapoor wrote, "Congratulations & a big thank you for getting back the crowds to the theatres with a Hindustani film." Bobby Deol wrote, "Love you. My Tara Singh."

Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated sequel in just three days of its release has earned Rs 134.88 crore in India. It has become the third-highest grosser in the first weekend after Pathaan and KGF Chapter 2 (Hindi).
