Taehyung initially shared a simple update, posting a screenshot of his countdown app with the caption, "Let's goooo." But after reading RM's reflective message about life, love, and his military experiences, Taehyung deleted his post and replaced it with a longer, more heartfelt letter.

In his revised message, V gave fans a glimpse into his military journey. He shared his promotion to Sergeant, 2nd class, and his achievement of the prestigious Special Warrior title through rigorous training. He also expressed his feelings about missing ARMY (BTS' fanbase), watching BTS concerts, and regretting not being able to attend j-hope's concert in Seoul.
