#WorstProductionHouseLyca Trends On X As 'Thala' Ajith Anxiously Wait For Update On Vidaamuyarchi

Ajith is one of the most popular Tamil actors and boasts an intense fan following. A glimpse of his fandom was seen today when his supporters flooded social media with the hashtag #WorstProductionHouseLyca. Thousands of posts with the hashtags appeared on X (formerly Tiwtter), quickly making it the top trend. The reason behind it- the actor's film Vidaamuyarchi.

What's happening with Vidaamuyarchi release date

Ajith starrer Vidaamuyarchi is one of the most anticipated movies of the actor. The film, however, has been marred with several controversies ever since its announcement. Scheduled to release this Diwali , the film has been delayed several times due to many production roadblocks.

The movie production began with the director being changed by the production house. Primarily shot in Azerbaijan, the film was impacted by the severe weather in the country. Additionally, the movie's art director tragically passed away, setting the schedule back some days. The lead actor Ajith himself was injured on the film set and had to be rushed back to India for immediate medical attention. Despite the several changes, as per reports, the shoot for the movie has been completed and it is expected to hit the big screens during Pongal 2025. However, filmmakers' silence about the film has irked social media users.

No update on Vidaamuyarchi upsets Ajith's fans

Due to several setbacks in production, the release of Vidaamuyarchi has also suffered through massive delays. To add to this, the production house of the film - Lyca Production - has not shared any update on the Ajith starrer. Disappointed with the makers, fans of the actor have demanded an update on the teaser release date.

Fans of Ajith have been waiting for the actor's return on the big screen with Vidaamuyarchi. He was last seen in the 2023 film Thunivu. The almost two years long wait for the actor's film has set the fan frenzy.
