Sivakarthikeyan praised Hi Nanna
Having been impressed by the emotionally charged trailer of Hi Nanna, Sivakarthikeyan hopes for a shift in Tamil cinema, predicting directors will be inspired to create similar moving films. Despite his busy schedule with the upcoming movie Ayalaan, he acknowledged not yet having the chance to watch Hi Nanna but plans to do so soon.
Sivakarthikeyan told Cinema Vikatan, "It's a very strong film emotionally. I haven't done a film like that till now. Even though Rajkumar Periasamy's film is emotionally strong, it is also equally strong with raw action scenes. But, I haven't done films solely based on emotions. I think after watching Hi Nanna, the directors in Tamil will start writing similar films.”
