Venkatesh to collaborate with Prabhas, Allu Arjun for upcoming project? Actor clarifies

Telugu star Venkatesh, who recently made his OTT debut with the Netflix series Rana Naidu, is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming Telufu film Saindhav. During a recent promotional event for the film, the actor opened up about his plans for upcoming projects, including his willingness to work in multi-starrers.

Ready to do films with Prabhas, Allu Arjun: Nagarjuna stated

The said event was being held on Tuesday on Vijayawada, to promote one of Saindhav’s songs Sarada Saradaga. At the said event, one of the media members asked if Venkatesh, who is usually known for doing solo projects, is open to doing multi-starrers. In reply, Venkatesh said that he absolutely doesn’t mind doing multi-starrers as long as the script justifies the presence of many big actors at once. Venkatesh added, “I am ready to do films with Prabhas, Jr NTR and Allu Arjun if a good story demands it. I have no objection to acting alongside Pawan Kalyan, Rana and Varun Tej.”

Among other subjects, Venkatesh also talked about the changing nature of paying audience for Telugu movies, and how the biggest of stars must adapt to changing times and trends. Venktaesh added, “The audiences who favour family oriented movies have decreased in numbers. Everyone wants a unique story, preferably action.” At the same time, Venkatesh also took the opportunity to praise his Saindhav director Sailesh, adding that filmmakers like Sailesh are doing a good job at bringing such stories. 

Venkatesh incorporated audience feedback for Rana Naidu season 2

Venkatesh also mentioned that for the second season of his series Rana Naidu, he has decided to take audience’s feedback into account, adding that season 2 will have more of action and comedy than bold content.

Saindhav, which also stars Shraddha Srinath, Ruhani Sharma and Andrea Jeremiah, besides marking the Telugu debut of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is slated to release on January 13 on the auspicious occasion of Sankranthi. On that weekend, Saindhav will battle at the box office against movies like Guntur Kaaram and Eagle.
