All Kashmiri Pandits In Baramulla Put On Work From Home After Pahalgam Terror Attack
All Kashmiri Pandits in Baramulla have been put on work from home a day after terrorists killed innocent civilians who visited Kashmir's Pahalgam as tourists.
New Delhi: A day after barbaric Pahalgam terror attack, all Kashmiri pandit employees in Baramulla have been instructed to work from home till April 27 in view of the security situation in the valley, region's chief education officer said in an order on Wednesday.
The order stated that all employees engaged under "PM Package & All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees" are hereby directed to work from home for the duration of this week with immediate effect upto Sunday.
The order further said that all the concerned employees shall remain available to carryout their duties and responsibilities during this period.
The decision has come as a security measure after Pakistani terrorists targeted innocent tourists who had come to visit valley with their families.
Terrorists opened indiscriminate fire on tourists in Pahalgam who were taking a tour in the meadows but never expected that their happy moments would turn into tragedy.
Terrorists did not spare newly weds, elderly people, unleashing a brutal act of terror when they shot dead civilians on the spot. Heart wrenching details have emerged after several victims narrated their trauma when they lost their loved ones in front of their eyes.
A woman, who got recently married on April 16, saw her husband being shot dead by terrorists. The deceased was Indian Navy officer Vinay Narwal. A video had also surfaced showing Narwal's wife pleading for help to the locals, sitting beside the corpse of her husband after he was shot at by terrorist.
Another disturbing story had emerged where a woman who was on vacation with her husband and son, witnessed similar fate after terrorists shot her husband. When the woman asked terrorists to kill her and her too, they (terrorists) told her they won't and taunted the lady to go tell Modi what they did to them.

Earlier today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi , who returned back to country cutting short his Saudi visit in wake of Pahalgam terror attack.
Soon after returning to country, PM Modi chaired a top security meeting with Amit Shah , Rajnath Singh , S Jaishankar, Ajit Doval and among top officials.
The CCS decided to end the Indus Water Treaty, asked all Pakistanis and its diplomatic staff to leave India within 48 hours. The government has also announced to close the Atari border and declared the Defence, Military, Naval, and Air Advisors at the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi as ‘persona non grata’. These officials have been given one week to exit the country.
India has further informed to reciprocate by withdrawing its own Defence, Navy, and Air advisors posted at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.
These steps are being seen as first initial measures taken by the Modi government to avenge the Pahalgam terror attack.
