Border Security Forces apprehended a smuggler, Ali Mandal, disguised as a farmer at the India-Bangladesh border on Sunday, in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
He was found in possession of illegal arms, including 1 country pistol, 2 magazines, and 5 live rounds. Ali Mandal, resident of Patkelgachha village, was arrested, while his accomplice, Lalim Mandal, managed to escape.
