Dharavi adds 22 new COVID-19 cases; tally 3,087
The COVID-19 tally in Dharavi slum colony here rose to 3,087 on Wednesday with detection of 22 fresh cases, a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) official said.

The COVID-19 tally in Dharavi slum colony here rose to 3,087 on Wednesday with detection of 22 fresh cases, a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) official said.
Dharavi has been reporting new cases in double digits since the last seven days, he said.
Of the total 3,087 cases, 2,625 people have already recovered from the COVID-19 disease, the official said.
The slum sprawl has been witnessing a rapid increase in active cases since the beginning of this month, he said, adding that there are 182 active cases as of now.
