The advisory specifically mentions the possibility of severe weather in Dehradun, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, as well as in and around Haldwani, Rudrapur, Bajpur, Kashipur, Lohaghat, Ramnagar, Khatima, Doiwala, Chakrata, Mussoorie, and Raiwala.
