PM Modi pays homage to Deendayal Upadhyaya on his birth anniversary
PM Modi, Vice President Naidu & Amit Shah paid their homage to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on the occasion of 103rd birth anniversary of the RSS ideologue
On the occasion of 103rd birth anniversary of RSS ideologue Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter and paid his homage. Calling him "one of the greatest icons of India", PM Modi posted a video which highlighted the great works of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. Vice President Naidu pays tribute
Vice President Venkaiah Naidu also took to Twitter and paid tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his birth anniversary. Vice President Naidu regarded Pandit Deendayal as a visionary, a great intellectual and an inspiring personality who worked relentlessly for the upliftment of the people of India at the grassroots level. He added that Pandit Deendayal's philosophy of integral humanism and stress on self-reliance of the Indian economy have served as important components for achieving inclusive growth.
Home Minister Amit Shah pays homage
Taking to Twitter, Home Minister Amit Shah asserted that Pandit Deendayal was the ideologue whose ideas and principles have given an alternative ideology to the country. Amit Shah added that Pt Upadhyaya's ideology was not to gain power, but to rebuild the nation and restore India to its glory.
