Poonch Police Seize Land of 3 Terrorists Who Fled to Pakistan

Poonch (J&K): In a major crackdown on terrorism, Poonch Police attached the properties of three terror commanders—Najab Din, Mohd Latif, and Tikka Khan—who had earlier fled to Pakistan. The seized land, spanning 14.8 Kanal, was located at four sites in the border villages of Qasba and Kirni in Poonch district.

The police said that all three terror operatives have been actively involved in promoting terrorism and disturbing peace in Poonch and other regions of Jammu and Kashmir.

Legal Action Underway

The attachment of the properties was carried out as per the Court’s order under Sections 82 and 83 of the CrPC, following an FIR (No. 202/2022) registered at Police Station Poonch.

Authorities have vowed to continue strict action against individuals involved in anti-national activities, especially those operating from across the border.
