What are irregular periods?
According to the Cleveland Clinic, most women have menstrual periods that last four to seven days. Your period usually occurs every 28 days, but normal menstrual cycles can range from 21 days to 35 days. Yoga: Yoga poses like the Cobra, Child's Pose, and the Butterfly pose can stimulate blood flow to the pelvic area, alleviate cramps, and reduce stress. These poses help balance the endocrine system, playing a crucial role in regulating the menstrual cycle.
Works: Building muscle through strength training exercises can enhance insulin sensitivity and regulate hormones. This helps in reducing the risk of conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
Pilates: It combines elements of strength training and flexibility, improving core strength and pelvic stability. A strong core and stable pelvis can alleviate menstrual discomfort and improve regularity.

Breathing exercises or meditation: Stress can disrupt the menstrual cycle by affecting hormonal balance. Deep breathing exercises relax muscles and can reduce stress levels. Lower stress levels help in regulating the menstrual cycle, as the body's stress response can interfere with hormonal regulation.
