The fruit contains dietary fibre, which is considered to be good for gut bacteria. Consumption of strawberries is proved to improve digestive health and also promote weight loss. Vitamin C in the strawberries improves the skin and also improves the immune system of the body. 

Numerous studies that have been conducted in the past have shown that berries also prevent several types of cancer. Experts have not yet arrived at any solid conclusion, but it is assured that unless you are allergic, consuming strawberries will not be harmful in any possible way. 

The best way to consume strawberries is in its original form. Like any other fruits, even strawberries need to be washed before eating them. Another way to consume strawberries is by making a juice without adding sugar
