According to sources, IIT Bombay student Sahil Wakode told a friend on his last call that he had "made a mistake," that he was "under stress," and that his "thermodynamics paper didn't go well." Sources say he did not mention caste discrimination, Professor Doolla or the alleged cheating incident during the call.
