Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis claim that the violence in Nagpur was orchestrated, not spontaneous. Over 50 arrests have been made after mobs, allegedly incited by false rumors, torched vehicles and clashed with police, injuring over 25 personnel. Authorities suspect a deeper conspiracy behind the unrest. A total of nine CCTV clips have surfaced and all of them are hinting at a clear pre-planning of the Nagpur Violence; Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis also has similar views and has called this a possible ‘premediated conspiracy’. Violence escalated in Nagpur on Monday evening, over the removal of the Aurangzeb's tomb. The tensions heightened as a violent mob threw stones at the police and set vehicles ablaze, resulting in several injuries. In response, the cops fired tear gas in an attempt to disperse the gathering crowds in Chitnis Park and Mahal areas. What has happened yesterday in Nagpur is not just a mere case of rumours and misunderstandings between two groups. Its a carefully planned and pre meditated conspiracy.
