IND vs NED: Virat Kohli has done something he has never achieved in the World Cup. The Indian batter has racked up records throughout the World Cup that have made the crowd go wild in celebration. But this time, he achieved a feat in something that he does not regularly do. Kohli now has a wicket in the World Cup as a bowler.

Virat Kohli strikes his first World Cup wicket as a bowler
In the 25th over of the innings against Netherlands, Virat Kohli came in to bowl. To everyone's surprise, Kohli successfully took down Netherlands skipper Scott Edwards' wicket after KL Rahul caught him out from behind. The scenario was thrilling, and Virat got excited for his first World Cup wicket. The entire team, the fans, and even his wife, Anushka Sharma, were left ecstatic after seeing Kohli take the wicket.
Earlier in the competition, against Bangladesh, Kohli had also taken the ball and bowled, replacing Hardik Pandya after his ankle became twisted.
It was the fifth wicket that Kohli had in One-Day Internationals. Previously, he had dismissed Quinton de Kock, Brendan McCullum, Craig Kieswetter, and Alastair Cook.

Virat Kohli was not the only one who was left ecstatic after he scored his first world cup wicket. His wife Anushka Sharma, who is at the Chinnaswamy Stadium watching the match, also jumped in excitement
The video of the couple that is now all over the internet shows them celebrating together. Additionelly, it looked like they were copying each other's celebration style. Kohli certainly offered a Diwali special to the fans after he racked up a wicket to take down the Netherlands Skipper.
