Australia might be coming off a World Cup-winning run in India, but they seem to be struggling in the ongoing T20I series. A young Team India, led by captain Suryakumar Yadav, has been dominating the Aussies as they take a 2-0 lead over the visitors. But ahead of the third T20I match, the Australian team has made changes to their squad, which includes some notable players heading back home.

Australia makes massive changes ahead of the third T20I match vs India
On Tuesday, Cricket Australia announced an updated team ahead of the third ODI Match against India, and it includes some of the team's World Cup-winning team being dropped. Six players, including Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Sean Abbott and Josh Inglis. Only Travis Head is staying back for the series. Steve Smith has already flown back as he will be committed to the Big Bash League and will be playing for the Sydney Sixers.
For the T20I series, the Australian team will be bolstered with the arrival of Ben McDermott, Josh Philippe, Ben Dwarshuis, and Chris Green in India.
The Aussies are going through a slump in the T20I series as they are down to 0-2, just one win by India will make them the winner of the series. The visitors need to pull a rebound to pick up a win.
