South Africa crushed defending champions England by 229 runs as they registered their 3rd win in the ODI World Cup. Relying on some heavy batting from Heinrich Klaasen the Proteas piled up a whopping 399 runs on the board. The South African bowlers did an outstanding job as England's World Cup hopes are currently hanging over a thread.

Rohit Sharma has his eyes set on Rizwan's top spot

Mohammad Rizwan claims the top spot in the top run scorers list while Rohit Sharma is not far behind with 265 runs in four innings. The gap within the top four is not much and it remains to be seen who manages to finish this World Cup as the top run scorer. When it comes to bowling, Mitchell Santner keeps his place at the summit with 11 wickets to his name. Dilshan Madushanka's four wicket haul allowed him to close the gap with Santner as he climbed up to the second spot. Jasprit Bumrah is in the 3rd position with 10 wickets.
