After completing his 50th century, Virat Kohli bowed down to Sachin Tendulkar, who was cheering the Indian teams from the stands at Wankhede Stadium.

Former India captain Virat Kohli played a fabulous knock in the first semifinal of the ODI World Cup 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday. Kohli smashed a record-breaking 50th century in One-Day Internationals, surpassing the legendary Sachin Tendulkar in the process. Batting against New Zealand, Virat Kohli reached the mark off 106 balls. 

After completing the feat, Virat Kohli bowed down to Sachin Tendulkar, who was cheering the Indian teams from the stands. Sachin Tendulkar has 49 centuries in ODI cricket, a record Kohli equaled in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. Coming into the semifinal, Kohli needed just one century to break Tendulkar's record.
