Erik Ten Hag cuts out a happy figure as Manchester United reached the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 stage after they fought back to record a 2-1 second leg victory over Spanish La Liga leaders FC Barcelona at Old Trafford on Thursday - a result which saw Erik ten Hag's side progress 4-3 on aggregate.
