The second spike for the platform came at around 8:00 PM EST (6:30 AM IST), when over 6,000 users complained on Downdetector about being unable to access the popular social media platform.

While there were not many complaints from India during the first outage, Downdetector saw a clear spike during the second one, with over 600 complaints being registered on the platform that peaked at 6:38 AM IST.

This recent glitch occurred shortly after a comparable service interruption on March 26 when X was experiencing an outage. Thousands of users had reported an inability to load feeds and carry out basic searches. According to the website Downdetector, more than 10,000 issues had been detected.
The outage was initially reported in the US, and now it has spread to India, with at least 1000 users in India reporting the outage.
